Travel Services...
As a 15-year plus touring veteran working within the
entertainment industry, It didn't take much to see the need for a travel agency that
would strive to meet the needs of such a specialized clientele.
To many times I have stayed in substandard hotels booked by
travel agents not familiar with professional touring. I
have heard way too many stories of how housekeeping came
knocking on the door during the artists afternoon nap and too
many stories of bus drivers not being able to sleep because of
constant interruptions.
I saw that too many of the mega-agencies failed to provide the
kind of personal service that the group deserved. I also
discovered that some of these agencies were even using the
internet as a quick and easy way to book rooms. I then decided that a smaller agency
that worked with less clients and smaller groups could provide a
more personalized service.
That is the philosophy on which ProTour Travel Services was born
and this is how we do business now and will continue to do
business in the future. As an agent as well as a business owner,
it naturally is in my best interest to explore every avenue on
the road to making my clients happy.
As a result, my fingerprint is on every hotel reservation.
I personally speak with each hotel sales staff to make sure the
level of VIP treatment your group expects is delivered.
If your artist has special requests then we work personally with
each hotel to make sure their needs are met.
If the Tour Manager needs a work table placed inside his room on
days off then so be it.
Whatever your needs, just let us know and we will strive to make
