Although most hotel services are completed at no cost to
the client, there are a few exceptions notably;
Hotel rooms booked at special discount rates that are
non-commissionable such as;. |

Discounted 'band rates': Rates
that are offered to venues especially for
performers. Such rates are generally not
commissionable by the hotel. |

Wholesale rates: These rates
are also not commissionable but can save the
tour massive amounts of money, especially over
the entire length of a multi-city tour. |

Hotels that choose not to pay a
commission to travel agents. These hotels are
usually located in smaller towns, are the only
thing available nearby and mostly locally owned
and operated. |

In either of these cases, PTTS will charge the groups
credit card a fee of $15* per room, per day. |

Please note that discounted hotel room rates may not
include complimentary internet access. |

Flights...
Since airlines no longer pay commissions to travel
agents, PTTS will charge the groups credit card a flat
fee of $25 per passenger, per destination. For example; |

A non-stop flight for one from Atlanta to
Los Angeles equals a $25* charge. |
| ◊ |
A one-stop flight for one from Atlanta to
Los Angeles and connecting in Dallas equals a
$25 charge. |
| ◊ |
A round-trip flight for one from Atlanta to
Los Angeles and back equals a $50 charge |

Reservations...
